I went, had a great time. Rode up with two other couples, had lunch at Hard Times Cafe (a few doors down) and won a pair of $120 'functional' BMW underwear in the raffle. I'll post an update once the garment has been evaluated.
For those with extra money... they have a nice '08 tri-color K1200S left-over for 14k

I forgot to mention, they do have an 1000RR on the floor but no demo rides at this time. The saleman said it's probably the only one this side of the Mississippi.
Had track tires mounted on it and was lookin good!

I got to see that 1000rr at the track, VIR, it was tits!!! but its nothing i would say that is "mine". At that point it was one of 2 in the country, and by the end of the day it was the only one, because the other one crashed that day at another track some where. The factory BMW rider road the piss out of it all day until it developed an electrical gremlin.
I want to go to Morton's they sell, Held gloves...yummmmmm
